Submitting this form will notify the our office of your intent to participate in the regatta, that YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND AND AGREE to the AGREEMENT RELEASE AND WAIVER and will serve as your signature .  Registration and welcome party: 6-9pm, Thursday December 1st at the Sarasota Sailing Squadron, 1717 Ken Thompson Parkway, Sarasota Florida.
